- kumpikin olkapää on tulehtunut
- oikea kyynärpää on tulehtunut
- ranteet kipuilevat
- uupumus on kova. Osaksi varmasti senkin vuoksi, että yö tulee nukuttua parin tunnin pätkissä, kun yskä herättää - ilmankostuttimesta huolimatta.
Odotukset Oxiklorinin suhteen on siis melko korkealla.

Different symptoms, that can now be directly linked to SS, were already bothering me for a few years before the official diagnosis, but what is the current situation? What is wrong with me right now, upon receiving the diagnosis and starting Plaquenil just last week?
- joint pain on both shoulders
- joint pain on my right elbow
- my wrists ache occasionally
- carpal tunnel syndrome in my right arm (I am left-handed, thank goodness)
- nagging dry cough, that keeps me awake at night, I drink about 2 pints of water every night
- occasional shortness of breath, even when just vegging out on the couch
- dry eyes are irritated, and in the mornings it takes quite a while before I can see properly
- my skin is so dry and itcy (hence the name of the blog), that scratching myself has become my main hobby
- yeast infection on my skin, that re-appears everytime I stop using Diflucan or anti-fungal ointments
- joint pain on my right hip, especially during the night
- dry mouth is annoying, and the likely cause of the recent parondonitis, which is why I had to have a tooth pulled out on a Saturday morning a month ago
- fatigue is severe, and no wonder, since I very rarely sleep more than 2 hours straight without being woken up because of the cough - regardless of the humidifier right next to the bed.
Needless to say, my expectations for Plaquenil are extremely high at the moment.
